Get Sellers To Say YES With Accunet's $10,000 Seller Guarantee!

We want to help you win and get the Seller to say YES to your offer!

If Accunet can't make good on the terms of your Rock-Solid Guaranteed Fully-Verified pre-approval, we'll pay the Seller $10,000 and reimburse you for any appraisal and home inspection cost.**

Banks don't do that, but we're not afraid to stand behind you and behind our work.

Sure, it takes a little more time and effort on your end and our end to verify your income, down payment and credit, but it's worth it. Sellers are much more likely to say yes, and we eliminate surprises while saving time once your offer is accepted because we've done all the homework up front.

We'll also do everything possible to help you and your agent write offers that get accepted. Need to offer more than asking? Your Accunet Loan Consultant will show exactly what that will cost and typically the relatively small difference in your payment and down payment.

What if we can approve your loan without needing any appraisal? Sellers love that kind of certainty.

Want to wow the Seller and close in 14 days? With a Rock-Solid Pre-approval, we can do that.

What about offering the Seller "appraisal gap" where you promise to pay the offered price even if the appraised value comes in lower? Our clients are usually pleasantly surprised to learn that offering this peace of mind to the Seller typically doesn't change their down payment at all and only increases their monthly payment by $25 to $50. Let us show you how this powerful tool really works.

For 1st-time buyers, we know all the tools and techniques to find you the best 1st-time buyer rates.

For move-up buyers, let us show you how bridge loans work so that you can write your offer without a sale of home contingency.

Our Rock-Solid Approval

With our Rock-Solid Pre-Approval, Accunet Mortgage verifies and analyzes:

1. Your credit history and credit scores

2. Your income and employment history,

3. Your down payment

The payoff is a pre-approval that tells you, your real estate agent, and most importantly, the seller and listing agent that you are qualified and can actually afford the home you want to buy.

The $10,000 Guarantee

It’s simple. If Accunet Mortgage is unable to approve your loan after issuing the Rock-Solid Guaranteed Pre-approval letter, Accunet will pay the Seller $10,000 and reimburse you for actual appraisal and home inspection costs.

The Fine Print

** THE FINE PRINT: Problems related to the property or any material change in the buyer’s financial condition will nullify our guarantee. That only makes sense, right?

Examples of things that would nullify our guarantee include but are not limited  to an unacceptable appraisal, unacceptable property condition, condo project or association issues, change in the buyer’s income or employment, change in credit and additional or undisclosed debts. A discontinuation of a special loan program used to qualify the buyer could also nullify the guarantee.

Any party agreeing to receive their Guarantee Payment from Accunet Mortgage will be required to sign a settlement agreement prior to receiving the Guarantee Payment. The Guarantee Payment will be made within 10 days of receiving the signed settlement agreement
